- I've not blogged in about a week. Ooops. I've been a busy little beaver though. It's ad deadline time-frame so I've been working on our new ad. And I've been working on Bella Donna Bridal's new ad. We did a fabulous shoot for Today's Bride last week. Can't wait to show you those images! And I've been busy prepping wedding photo album premieres. Tonight I met with both Erika and Justin, and Michael and Melissa to give them their first glimpse into their wedding photo album draft. I loved be able to spend some time with each couple and catching up on life! Click on each image below to begin their album slideshow.
Erika and Justin - married August 16, 2008 Melissa and Michael - married August 29, 2008 You know what this means....Gema your album is coming soon!

- Teresa went over to Marti and Brad's house recently to capture little Andi at 3 months old in Sacramento. Children photo shoots have become a favorite! Oh my gosh she is so stinkin cute!!! Here are a few of my favorites photos so far:
Do you remember the picture Teresa took the first week Andi was born...in this same crib: And now: Brad is a big football fan...and specifically USC. At his wedding his helmet played a large role in the guys photos and don't you think it's even more aptly used now?! And we can't leave Sienna feeling left out:

- Oh my gosh, can I just say that Cathy's new store is amazing! She called up and asked if The Memory Journalists could shoot at this month's 2nd Saturday at her new midtown location of Visual Impact Design. For those that don't know - on the second Saturday of each month, many local Sacramento galleries feature new shows of individual and collective artists. Many galleries play host to the artists so it's a wonderful way to meet them in person. Some galleries provide beverages, hors d oeuvres, live music and even dinner with the artist.
I wasn't able to make it myself, but Tina was able to shoot many wonderful images. There were live models, gowns provided by Miosa Bridal Couture, that adorned the window fronts and the outside sidewalk. The models make-up was stunning and flowers enhanced their looks. Erin Rochelle was the featured artist with many amazing pieces that lines the shelves. And desserts were being sampled outside - lemon marsh mellows were a huge hit. And the coolest thing - it was Cathy's husband's birthday! Happy belated Birthday William!

- Teresa caught up to photograph Samantha's first birthday not long ago. Here are a couple photos from her birthday party and some from her mini children's photo shoot at Royer park in Roseville. Her dad baked and decorated her cake!!!
